Icetoberfest 2013
Icetoberfest is a Day of fun, food and fellowship all in an effort to raise awareness and funds for the needs of the National Icelandic Icelandic Sheepdog Rescue, the
NISRA.   In 2013, the largest group of Icelandic Sheepdogs ever to gather in North America came together to achieve these goals, and they had a blast!

Trish Baker and her Party-Pom Miki, the 2011 AKC Award of Canine Excellence winner for therapy dogs, came to give attendees the opportunity to put a CGC or
Therapy Dog Certification on their pup.

Doctor Sherry Seibel, DVM of
Seibel Veterinary Services came to do CHIC DNA blood draws.

AKC Judges Scott Kellogg and Carrie Chase came to judge a fun match to introduce some novice handlers to conformation

NISRA Vice President Karen Riggin and Treasurer Holly Kilpatrick set up a Rally course for folks to give a try.

The rest of the day was devoted to having fun with the dogs and visiting with old friends and new.  Click on the photo below to watch a slideshow or visit the
